Questions & Answers

Everything you need to know

Reservations

Both! Walk-ins are always welcome based on availability. We recommend reserving in advance — especially on weekends — to guarantee your room and time slot.

Hours

We're open Wednesday through Sunday. All ages are welcome 2PM–9PM. From 9PM–12AM it's 21+ only. On Fridays and Saturdays we stay open until 2AM (21+). Closed Monday and Tuesday. Peak pricing applies from 6PM–12AM (+$5/hr on all rooms). A 2-hour minimum applies on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Pricing

Rooms are billed by the hour. The Manor (1–4 people) is $30/hr weekdays, $35/hr weekends. The Chateau (5–8 people) is $50/hr weekdays, $55/hr weekends. The Imperial (up to 10) is $70/hr weekdays, $75/hr weekends. Peak hours (6PM–12AM) add +$5/hr on all rooms. A 2-hour minimum applies on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Discounts

Yes! Students get 10% off their total bill with a valid student ID. Note: the student discount cannot be combined with the Royal Card — but Royal Card holders already get 10% off everything.

Policy

We don't allow outside food or beverages — but we have drinks available for purchase in-house.

Membership

The Royal Card ($200) is valid for The Manor rooms only. It gives you up to 8 hours of karaoke any time, up to 4 guests, and 10% off everything. You can upgrade to The Chateau (+$10/hr) or The Imperial (+$20/hr). Inquire with staff to get started. The student discount cannot be combined with the Royal Card.

Rewards

Royal Stamps are free to join! Redeem your stamps for rewards: 20 pts = 2 free drinks, 50 pts = 1 free hour in The Manor or Chateau, 100 pts = $10 off your next visit, 200 pts = a free Royal Card for The Manor. Royal Card and Royal Stamp can be combined — only one card/stamp per group.

Age Policy

We welcome guests of all ages, any time we're open.

Rooms

6–10 private rooms: 4 Manor rooms (Count, Countess, Duke, Duchess), 3 Chateau rooms (Emperor, Empress, Shogun), and 2 Imperial rooms (King, Queen). Every room is fully private with its own mic setup.

Reservations

Please check in within 5 minutes of your reservation time. If we haven't heard from you, your room may be released. If you're running late, give us a call!

Sessions

Yes! If your room isn't booked right after you, we can extend your session on the spot. Just ask staff. Book 1–3 hours to start and extend from there.
